Welcome to DailyLoot. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DailyLoot mobile application (the "App"), including the package com.dailyloot.app, operated by DailyLoot Platform.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall and stop using the App.
1. Eligibility & Age Requirement
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App and participate in any withdrawal or redemption activity. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Digital Alchemy Group, LLC assumes no liability for misrepresentation of age during registration.
- You must create a valid account using a legitimate email address or Google account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Reward System (Coins & Redemptions)
The App allows you to earn virtual "Coins" by participating in activities such as playing games, completing offerwalls, taking surveys, watching videos, and solving math quizzes. Coins are virtual points and do not represent real-world currency or hold any cash value until they are successfully redeemed and approved through the App's withdrawal panel.
We reserve the right to modify coin rates, game parameters, and cashout thresholds at any time without prior notice.
Coin balances in accounts that remain inactive (no sign-in activity) for more than 90 consecutive days may be expired and reset to zero. Users will not be compensated for expired coins resulting from inactivity.
3. Strict Anti-Fraud and Fair Play Policy
To protect our advertisers and community, we enforce a zero-tolerance policy against fraud and system abuse. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- VPN/Proxy Use: Using Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or any network spoofing tools to falsify your location is strictly banned.
- Multiple Accounts: You may only create and use ONE account. Creating multiple accounts under different emails or on a single physical device will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.
- Automation & Emulators: Using emulators, virtual environments, macro scripts, auto-clickers, or any software designed to automate tasks is strictly prohibited.
- Exploits & Reverse Engineering: Attempting to manipulate App data, hack the API endpoints, or exploit software bugs is a violation of these terms and may result in legal action.
Any violation of the Anti-Fraud policy will result in the immediate forfeiture of all earned coins and a permanent ban of your device and IP address.
4. Rewards & Withdrawals
Current withdrawal methods include PayPal and digital gift cards. Withdrawal methods are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Digital Alchemy Group, LLC. A minimum withdrawal threshold applies and is displayed within the app.
Payout requests will be reviewed by our administration team. We reserve the right to hold, reject, or void any payout if we detect suspicious activity, multi-accounting, or VPN usage. Digital Alchemy Group, LLC further reserves the right to delay, withhold, or cancel any withdrawal if fraud, abuse, or any violation of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, all associated coins and pending rewards may be permanently forfeited without compensation.
You are solely responsible for entering the correct payment destination (e.g. PayPal email address). Digital Alchemy Group, LLC is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect accounts provided by the user.
Standard processing time for withdrawals is typically instant, but manual reviews may take up to 24–48 hours. Digital Alchemy Group, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by PayPal, gift card providers, or other third-party payment processors.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its original design, source code, logos, visual assets, and content, is the exclusive property of Digital Alchemy Group, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of any App content is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
DailyLoot is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Third-Party Offers & Offerwall Disclaimer
DailyLoot integrates third-party offerwall networks to provide earning opportunities. We do not control the availability, terms, or coin credit timing of third-party offers. Disputes regarding uncredited offers must first be submitted to the relevant offerwall provider. Digital Alchemy Group, LLC is not liable for offers that fail to credit due to third-party technical issues, eligibility requirements, or advertiser decisions.
9. Account Termination
Digital Alchemy Group, LLC reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all coin balances, pending rewards, and withdrawal requests associated with the account will be immediately forfeited. Users whose accounts have been terminated for fraud or abuse are permanently prohibited from creating new accounts on the platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms that are not subject to arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Santa Fe County, New Mexico, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
11. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of DailyLoot that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in Santa Fe, New Mexico, or remotely if mutually agreed upon. The AAA's rules are available at www.adr.org.
Informal Resolution First: Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact us through our Contact page and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AND DAILYLOOT AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You expressly waive any right to bring or participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Digital Alchemy Group, LLC.
Exceptions: Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration. Claims related to intellectual property infringement are also exempt from this arbitration requirement.
Costs: AAA filing fees will be allocated according to the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. Digital Alchemy Group, LLC will not seek attorneys' fees unless the arbitrator determines your claim was frivolous.
